By accessing or using the LaMancha AI Policy Blueprint platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including district administrators, educators, and team members.
LaMancha AI provides a guided workshop platform that helps school districts create customized AI policy documents. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate, revise, and advise on policy content based on your district's inputs and best-practice frameworks.
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. One district profile may have multiple team members with varying roles (Lead, Editor, Reviewer).
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering the platform, using automated scripts to access the Service, sharing account credentials, or using the Service for purposes unrelated to educational policy development.
Your content: You retain ownership of all district information you provide and the AI-generated policy documents created for your district. You may use, modify, and distribute your generated documents without restriction.
Our platform: LaMancha AI retains all rights to the platform, including its software, design, workshop frameworks, prompt engineering, and underlying AI systems.
The Service provides AI-generated policy documents based on best-practice frameworks and legislative references (including Maryland SB720). These documents are not legal advice. We strongly recommend having all generated policies reviewed by your district's legal counsel before adoption. LaMancha AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaMancha AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
